 on Friday, December 9th, 2016 at the Denver Coliseum.

We are so excited to compete in the State Championships this year.
Our competition time is scheduled for 12:32pm in the 4A/5A Coed division.

First Football game of the season

We cheered for our first game of the season. It was a dissppointing loss for the team, but the cheerleaders looked great!

Looking forward to our next game this Friday night.

CANCELLED AUGUST 9th JR CHEER CLINIC

The Centaurus Cheerleaders regret to inform you that we did not have enough campers pre-registered for our junior clinic tomorrow. I apologize for the late notice. We hoped for a final surge of signups like we usually have. But at this point, there was just not enough interest to hold the camp, and we wanted to get the word out. So, we had to make the call to cancel it. I hope this is not too much of an inconvenience. 

We appreciate your interest in our clinic and hope that you will join us for our Fall Junior Cheer Clinic. The cost is $45 for that camp, and it includes a t-shirt and bow, as well as the oppurtunity to perform at the varsity football game on October 14th. The fall camp is definitely our most popular camp, and we would love to see you there. 

Athletic Registration required for all Centaurus Cheerleaders

Athletic Registration at Centaurus begins tomorrow. You will need to register online again, and bring the receipt, and the current physical to Sue Fischer. (Unless you have an up to date physical on file in the office.) Sue will give you a YELLOW, "Ticket to Participate." You will need to bring that form with you to practice.

Remember: DO NOT PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE! Cheerleaders are not required to pay that fee.

You will not be permitted to practice with us starting on August 15th until your registration is complete.

Official tryouts in groups on Monday

Tryouts start at 4pm. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your estimated start time in order to get warmed up and practice a few times before heading before the judges.

Please wear your new blue tryout t-shirt and the new polkadot bow. The small gym will be closed during tryouts, so you will head straight to the wrestling room to warm up.

Tryouts: Day 2 of clinics today

We had a great time yesterday seeing all of the new faces. It was nice meeting everyone.

Today, we have day 2 of clinics from 4-6:30pm. We will learn the rest of the dance, and review all of the previously taught material. We will also have time to do a little tumbling today and learn some new jumps and jump combinations. Middle schoolers, be sure to arrive in the small gym as close to 4pm as possible.

It is not too late to bring a friend. If you loved the experience at your first day of clinics, why not share it with a friend. They just need to bring the sports physical and waiver and $15 payment.

The cheerleaders performed in front of the school with a routine that was choreographed by the senior captains. They all did a great job!

Then, later in the day, the cheerleaders supported the special needs basketball team as they played a home game against Monarch High School. It was a very spirited game, and everyone had a great time!

Centaurus Cheer Tryout Prep classes

See the following flyer about information for a cheer and tumbling skills prep class that will be offered at North Metro Elite Cheer Gym in Broomfield starting in February. This class will be open to any future Centaurus students, who are currently in grade 6 and up. Sign up begins right away.
