General Information:
- The JV team has a much smaller commitment financially and in the less rigorous schedule than varsity.
- The cost for JV will be approximately $360 for the entire year. (This includes a uniform and all accessories, bows, practice shorts and shirts, etc. But does not include optional shoes and duffel bag, tumbling classes or camp.) (The uniform can be reused the following year, or sold to an incoming participant if you leave the program the next year.)
- JV members will have the option of attending UCA cheer camp, June 15-18. The cost is $410 per person for a 4 day overnight camp at CSU in June. This is totally optional.
- JV will only practice twice/week during the summer and three times/week plus 1 game/week in the fall, then once/week plus 2 games/week during basketball season.
- JV plans to compete in 2015, and they will cheer at the JV football and basketball games, as well as participate in pep assemblies and events. Some JV members may be asked to cheer for some varsity games as well.
- JV will have the option of attending discounted tumbling classes at a local gym once/wk at a cost of approximately $65/month.
- Practice with the varsity squad throughout the summer to gain experience.
