Centaurus Cheer Tryouts 2016-2017

Register by April 14th to ensure the correct size tryout t-shirt

Cheer Tryout Waiver  (Please Print and Bring to Tryouts)


You must have a current sports physical to attend tryouts. 

No one will be allowed to participate without a current sports physical 
and a signed waiver. (see below or click on the link above)
Please wear white shirt and black or blue shorts with hair in ponytail and cheer/athletic shoes.

The cost to tryout is $15 for girls, and it includes a CHS Cheer shirt exclusive to the 
2016 tryouts, and a matching bow. For boys, the cost is $10 for the t-shirt only. 
Please bring cash, or a check made out to CHS.

Bring to the first clinic:
Tryout waiver, cash or check for $15 for girls, ($10 for boys), Current Sports Physical

No experience is necessary for the JV team.
Eighth graders, who will attend Centaurus in the fall, may tryout.

Information meeting:
Wednesday, April 13, 2014 at 7pm 
 Centaurus High School Student Center (The Fish Bowl)

Tryout Clinics
All Clinics are closed to the public.

Thursday, April 21st: 
South Gym: 4:00 to 6:30 PM
All candidates. Learn the material for tryouts.

Friday, April 22nd: 
South Gym: 4:00 to 6:30 PM
All candidates. Learn the material for tryouts.

Saturday, April 23rd: 
South Gym: 9:00 to 11:00 AM
All candidates. Stunt evaluations, review tryout material.

Monday, April 25th: 
South Gym: 4:00 to 6:30 PM
All Candidates: TRYOUTS in small groups
Squad placement will be announced online following tryouts this evening.

Wednesday, April 27th:
Mandatoty meeting for parents of those who made a team.
CHS Student Center at 7pm

Friday, May 6th:
Uniform fitting with Varsity Spirit Brands
CHS Student Center:  3 to 5:30pm
